Terms of Service
The rules, guidelines, and agreements for using IRIE Global platforms and services.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and IRIE Global ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our technology platforms, web portals, and associated managed services.
2. Scope of Services
IRIE Global provides technology-enabled operations, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Pharmacy Operations, and Credentialing services. The exact scope of services, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and specific deliverables are governed by separate, individually signed Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) established with our clients.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our platforms (including the IRIE Auth Portal), you represent and warrant that:
- You will use the platforms strictly for lawful, professional purposes.
- You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
- You will not access or use the platform to transmit any malware, unauthorized code, or exploit system vulnerabilities.
4. Data and PHI Management
Users who access or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) through our platforms must do so under a valid Business Associate Agreement (BAA). You agree to comply with all HIPAA, HITECH, and corresponding state/federal regulations when interacting with our systems.
5. Intellectual Property
The proprietary software, AI models, workflow architectures, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to IRIE Global. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platforms without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
IRIE Global shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your use of our platforms or services. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, subject to the conditions of your specific MSA.
