1. Security by Design

Trust is the foundation of our partnerships. Because we process mission-critical financial and clinical data, IRIE Global employs a "Security by Design" methodology. Our technology stack, global network infrastructure, and physical office environments are hardened against modern threats.

2. Technical Controls & Infrastructure

We utilize best-in-class technologies to protect client information:

Data Encryption: All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
Zero-Trust Architecture: Strict Identity and Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) methodologies across all internal and client-facing systems.
Network Security: Next-generation firewalls, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDPS), and dynamic threat intelligence feeds.
Endpoint Management: All corporate devices are centrally managed, monitored with advanced Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) agents, and locked down against unauthorized data exfiltration.

3. Physical Security

Our global delivery centers strictly control physical access. Environments where PHI or sensitive financial data are processed operate as "Clean Rooms"—forbidding mobile phones, removable media, and unauthorized physical capture devices. Workstations are monitored by localized security personnel and CCTV.

4. Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR)

IRIE Global guarantees high availability for our systems. We maintain geographically redundant data backups, automated failover systems, and comprehensive BCDR plans that are tested annually to ensure uninterrupted service across Pharmacy Operations and RCM.

5. Vulnerability Management

We proactively defend our perimeter through continuous vulnerability scanning and periodic manual penetration testing by independent, third-party security firms. Security patches are prioritized and deployed rapidly across our infrastructure.
