James English is a dedicated business leader with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, executive leadership, and global team building. He is also a proud husband and father. Raised by Jamaican immigrant parents, James grew up with a strong work ethic and was encouraged to pursue his dreams. Although an introvert by nature, he developed an unexpected passion for connecting with people, which has taken him across the globe to seek experiences that shape his personal and professional growth.

His career has ranged from running small family businesses to leading a global team spanning four countries and over 4,000 associates. James has managed client-facing services with more than 300 clients, refining his understanding of what it takes to deliver an exceptional client experience. His focus has also been on building strong teams and leadership, setting high standards for client satisfaction, and ensuring teams have the resources they need to succeed.

James believes that every team member should have a clear understanding of expectations and the opportunity to choose if they're up for the challenge.
